Please ensure that your concrete conforms to the strength requirements needed. Simply core drill the concrete and set the Core Mount in place using a suitable resin anchor. Because there is no up-stand they pose little risk as a trip hazard and insertion of the davit masts parts is easy.

The Deck Mount Base High Capacity fixed base is a truly versatile way of placing a davit sleeve where you have a suitable surface such as steel. Simply drill the appropriate hole(s), insert the davit base and bolt the bottom mounting plate to the underside. The upper and lower flanges ensure that the sleeve will cope with the forces required. They are manufactured from lightweight aluminium and designed to provide additional lift height or reach over obstacles. They are certified for EN795:2012 up to a 1600mm radius and meet the requirements of IRATA ICOP up to a 1200mm radius. They are available in 3 standard height options; 500mm, 800mm and 1100mm.

The Reid Socket extensions are suitable for use with Reid 65mm kingping davits combined with 65mm fixed sockets to provide additional lift height or reach over obstacles. They are certified for EN795:2012 up to a 1600mm radius and meet the requirements of IRATA ICOP up to a 1200mm radius. They are available in 3 standard height options; 500mm, 800mm and 1100mm.

They are made from lightweight aluminium alloy with handles for lifting and carrying. Simple insert them into the existing socket and assemble a standard davit as normal using the extension as the socket.

Socket extensions must not be used with a pedestal.

Our anchor fixing kits include resin, 2 nozzles, stainless nuts, bolts and washers for davit bases and height safety anchor points.

We also have the correct sizes of diamond core drill bits and SDS hammer drill bits available to suit the installation along with ETA resin that is tested for use with both diamond core or impact drill installation.

The fittings provided in our kits are stainless steel so they will conform to water industry standards. Once your installation has hardened it can then be tested using our STAHT Bluetooth tester to the manufacturers and standards requirements so that a certificate of conformity can be issued.

Cone widths do need to be understood and if you scan the QR Code on our kits it will take you to a video of how to do the install correctly and then you are also able to complete a Fischer online test to show that you fully understand how to conduct and test the install correctly.
