We only offer products for hire that we can service through either ourselves or our sister company Ash Safety. This ensures that all equipment is able to be tested and certificated along with the added benefit that we have trained technicians available that can help with technical advice.
We have access to technicians who all carry the latest certification from those manufacturers for whom we are authorised. This, combined with all of the functionality testing equipment required, ensures that your product is returned to you operating as the manufacturer intended it should.
Our workshops track your equipment though each stage from receipt until dispatch. All equipment that requires repairs or parts are quoted prior to commencement so the cost is the price you expect.
We also carry out work under warranty for which the manufacturer may have issued a recall.
We use the latest technology and only use genuine parts in our service regime.
We use a bespoke tracking system to ensure your items have a fully auditable trail from receipt to despatch. All records are maintained for a minimum of 5 years. We provide a notification letter when your equipment is due for service.
Getting your equipment serviced correctly is crucial. Should you send us an item that we are not the service agent for we will firstly inform you and then ask for instructions.
We can have any item serviced for you but will only use accredited service agents, these are far fewer than many people realise and in many cases they may only be the manufacturers themselves.
Our certification as authorised repair agents for the items we cover can be provided upon request.
