Gas Detectors

Personal gas detectors can be either rechargeable or alkaline and fitted with from 1 cell up to a maximum of 6 cells. These cells include such gases as oxygen, hydrogen sulphide and flammables to name but a few. Not all cells can be used with each other as they can give a false reading.

Multi-Personnel gas detectors are the same as the previous apart from they give a much higher audible and visual alarm.

Fixed system gas detection is much more specific and requires a detailed investigation with cells being sited at optimum sampling points. The very nature of these systems requires a survey and unique quotation please contact our office for details on these.
